You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt. Once we receive the returned item, we will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your account within 5 business days.
If you refuse the package upon delivery, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. Refusing a package is not covered by our standard return policy because the product is not returned to us in the prescribed manner.
To be eligible for a refund, we ask that you return the package following the specified return procedure. This ensures that the item arrives in good condition and that we can process your return request.

Step 2: Ship your order: The product(s) can be sent along with the completed return form and invoice to the address indicated on the return form. Please ensure that you include a track and trace code with the package. This makes the return process easy and transparent for both you and us. The sender is responsible for shipping the return shipment correctly; a track and trace code helps avoid any misunderstandings.
If you send your return to an address other than the one provided by customer service, we will not be able to process the return. We also cannot issue a refund if you refuse the package at your doorstep.
Step 3: Refund of the purchase amount to your bank account: Once we receive the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 5 working days.
Exchange: If you would like to receive a new or different item, we will ensure that it is ordered from our supplier within 5 business days. From here on, the process is the same as for any order in our webshop.
